In general, it’s fine base for staying in London. The place is close to nightlife, a bus stop and London. In fact, the property is situated near bars and restaurants. Met required needs, I would come here again and strongly recommend.
No complaints, thank you.

Within 200 metres there is Di Stefano Coffee, that offers tea and treats. The bed is comfortable. Kitchenette is a plus...

The location of Hoxton Studios was excellent, with easy access to various markets and convenient transportation options to explore London. Despite some minor issues like a broken washing machine and creaky wooden floors, the apartment offered a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. I appreciated the spaciousness of the apartment and the well-equipped kitchen. I would recommend Hoxton Studios for its great location and decent amenities.

The location is perfect for those wanting to enjoy the vibrant nightlife of Shoreditch. It is surrounded by a plethora of restaurants and bars, providing plenty of entertainment options. The spacious apartment offers a comfortable bed and a big sofa, providing ample space for relaxation. Additionally, the kitchen is well-equipped, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. it provides a convenient and enjoyable stay.
The building's exterior is somewhat neglected, giving off a derelict appearance that may not be appealing to some guests.

The rooms were inviting and perfectly adequate. Everything I needed was there and clean. the fresh clean towels provided were a nice touch. the apartment was very easy to reach and there was a bus stop nearby, making it convenient for getting around.
There were a few issues that dampened my experience. the window in the bedroom couldn't be locked properly and there was a broken spot under the stove in the kitchen.

The only thing that made me feel like an adventurous time traveler was staying in this apartment! The Tower of London and Borough Market seemed like they were just around the corner!
Who needs soap, shower gel, and clean windows when you can experience the shabby chic charm of dirty curtains and broken lamps? So quaint!

It was conveniently located near various markets and had easy access to bus and train stations, making it effortless to explore different areas of the city. the self check, in process was straightforward, and the price for a bedroom with a separate living room was excellent compared to other hotels in the area. I found the location convenient, the price affordable, and the self check, in process hassle, free. Cons: Not obvious to find.

Communication with the owner was top-notch, making the whole experience super smooth. The bed was incredibly comfy, ensuring a jaw-dropping sleep. The facilities were excellent, even providing washing up liquid. The location was absolutely perfect for my needs, and having more space than a cramped hotel room was mind-blowing. Free wi-fi, a flat-screen TV, VIP check-in/-out, no pets allowed, and no smoking on site were also great perks.
